Homeschool PE and Running Clubs for kids ages 5-16 are offered by Stronghold Fitness LLC. Making movement fun, developing a knowledge-base of fitness and health, and teaching kids the value of being active is the primary goal for our children’s’ programs.
Homeschool PE incorporates games, exercise circuits, team building and problem solving activities, skill development, fun exercise challenges, and physical education. It is an action-packed hour of fun and movement and results in happy kids and happy moms!
Running Club follows four simple rules: Do your best, encourage and cheer each other on, have fun, and RUN! Proper warm up exercises are taught and then student-led. Running games are incorporated. Running terms, proper form, and speed work are covered in this club. Individual running goals are set weekly for students and a weekly exercise challenge rounds out the hour. Students leave feeling accomplished and looking forward to the following week!
