Looking for a fun way to get fit? This is it! Stronghold Fitness LLC, in partnership with personal trainer, Hope Feder, offers boot camp formatted classes in a small group setting. It’s the best of both worlds—a bootcamp-type workout with a personal feel! This is a “ladies only” boot camp and there is no judgment—only support, encouragement, a comrade. Our boot camp is called REBOOT and we have been running Reboot since 2013.
Reboot classes are typically 6-12 participants. We meet Monday-Wednesday-Friday mornings 8:30-9:30 a.m and Monday and Wednesday evenings 7:00-8:00 pm in Owens Cross Roads at “The Stronghold” (aka our main location garage). Our classes consist of a wide variety of boot camp style workouts, incorporating strength and resistance, cardiovascular, and bodyweight training. Because we are small group, we are able to modify to meet the needs of individuals in our classes.

I began this journey that has become my pursuit of health and wellness in September of 2015. At this point in time, I was a shell of the vibrant athlete that I was in my college years. This all changed when I met Rebecca Dotson and began working out with her “Reboot” fitness group. The changes I have experienced, both physically and emotionally, are nothing short of phenomenal. I have gone from not being able to perform as few as ten consecutive burpees, or run as few as two laps around the clubhouse, to being one of the top performers in our group. The energy, motivation, and comradery that I experience with the Reboot group and through one-on-one personal training with Rebecca on a daily basis has truly inspired me to continue pursuing my personal fitness goals. Looking forward to the future with all of the great ladies at Reboot!!!
