I took Rebecca’s TRX class at the YMCA from the beginning. It was all new to me and I wanted to take a class that was fun and also a head to toe workout. I learned so much from her by taking this class and it is the best workout class I have ever taken. She gave us lots of different options to help depending on our fitness level. I learned lots of exercises that I could do at home in between classes and when I was too busy to make a class. We all became friends in the class and I always looked forward to going. She made the class fun and worked our butts off at the same time. I am stronger physically and mentally after taking her class.
