Rebecca designed a workout for me tailored to my time limitations and specific physical needs. She started by corresponding with me about what I hoped to accomplish involving building my strength and flexibility and working toward a more desired weight. Since I wanted to exercise at home, she asked me about what equipment I had available and also inquired about what exercise regimen I was engaged in at that time. After her initial inquiries, she came to my house and evaluated me in terms of endurance, strength, flexibility, etc… and then worked through the workout in detail with me, observing me in the exercises to make sure of proper execution of them. She also conferred with a physical therapist, familiar with my limitations, on each exercise. Since I live out of town, she revisited my plan after several weeks and revised it, sending notes to me so I would have proper form. With both plans, she conferred with the therapist. I have found the workout to be effective as long as I was following through in a regular routine of three times per week in conjunction with other cardio-vascular exercise.
Her acute attention to detail and competency in developing a well-rounded routine while considering specific limitations has been a benefit to me. I highly recommend her services with any age group.
