I have been doing Stronghold Fitness Reboot sessions for about a year and a half and I can’t say enough good things. As a single working mom finding the time and the motivation to exercise is challenging. But the Reboot sessions are not only scheduled at an optimal time for me, the workout is so rewarding I find I look forward to going. Some other trainers and gyms have been so challenging that I end up feeling like a failure and I would not look forward to going. But Reboot sessions are a perfect balance of challenge without being overwhelming. Rebecca works hard not only to make sure that each individual in the Reboot class gets personal attention and support but also to ensure that everyone gets a good quality safe workout. I have definitely gotten a lot stronger, more agile, and my balance has improved dramatically.
