I Met Rebecca during a running event and shortly after she worked me up several Strength Straining workouts to help me recover from an Injury. The neat thing was, all of these workouts didn’t have to be done at the gym. I was able to do these anywhere and they worked! She was able to customize the workouts based on my goals and my current abilities. Through her custom plan I was able to meet and exceed my short term goals and PR on my next marathon.
